We provide a variety of services including: Claims processing, follow-up, payment posting,chart note auditing for compliancy. Provider and staff education regarding current CPT and ICD-10 guidelines and documentation requirements for your specialty.
We are compliant with all HIPAA requirements and we electronically scan all of our encounters and EOB's into an electronic filing system to help assure security of information. Any documents that need to be destroyed are done through certified vendors who destroy them at our location.
